Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety

ANROWS provides funding for research that will further develop the evidence base on violence against women and their children. ANROWS periodically opens grants rounds based on identified research priorities.

ANROWS is currently inviting applications for funding under the Perpetrator Interventions Research Stream Grants.

"Perpetrator interventions" refers to the many interventions with perpetrators of violence in Australia, including interfaces with the community sector, and interventions within the context of the civil, criminal, child protection and family law systems, in addition to men's behaviour change programs and other related programs.

The Perpetrator Interventions Research Stream is funded by the Commonwealth Government to support states and territories to implement the National Outcome Standards for Perpetrator Interventions (NOSPI), developed by the Australian Commonwealth, state and territory governments and endorsed by the Council of Australian Governments on 11 December 2015.
